As a Growth Manager at xfunnel, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve success with our AI visibility platform. You'll work closely with customers to understand their goals, develop optimization strategies, and help them leverage our tools to improve their presence in AI-generated recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships and drive adoption of our platform
  • Develop and implement AI visibility optimization strategies
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI search trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or content optimization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • Experience with SaaS platforms preferred
