We are excited to announce that XFunnel has entered into an agreement to be acquired by HubSpot.

The launch of ChatGPT changed how people discover new businesses and products. This triggered a shift that is changing the way marketing is done at an unprecedented pace. We founded XFunnel with the mission of helping marketing teams transform how they operate in the AI era and become a best-in-class demand platform. We have been extremely successful and fortunate the past year, working with many incredible brands and guiding them on this journey.

Over the past few months, we discovered how aligned our vision for the future of marketing is with how HubSpot sees the future. From understanding how brands appear in Answer Engines, to taking action, to experimenting based on what works - this is a key part of the Loop playbook, and this is what we've been doing at XFunnel. Because of this, we have decided to partner with HubSpot to continue our journey, enabling us to continue to build the future of marketing together, and bringing Loop Marketing and Answer Engine Optimization to life at a much larger scale.

As Answer Engines and AI continue to redefine marketing, we want to continue being at the forefront of helping marketers and demand teams through this change. HubSpot gives us the opportunity to do so on the largest stage.
